Am I eligible for Child Care Subsidy?

Child Care Benefit

To be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), families are required to register their details with the Department of Human Services. Eligibility is based on the combined income of both parents as well as other requirements. Your subsidy is deducted from your fortnightly fees by our service.

How do I organise a tour and information session at Eynesbury?

You can call us on 03 8742 5877 or email us at eynesbury@eeeg.com.au to arrange a time to come in for a tour of the service however you can also pop in at anytime, based on your availability. We can go through any questions with you and also explain our enrolment procedure.

How do we put our child/ren on the Eynesbury waiting list?

Please complete the enrolment form and email it across to eynesbury@eeeg.com.au or alternatively drop it in to the service. When a position becomes available you will be contacted to arrange a tour and organise orientation for your child.

How can we involve ourselves in the Eynesbury Early Education Community?

At Eynesbury Early Education we encourage all our families to participate in community events and activities such as excursions and incursions. We feel that the best learning environment for your child is one where both parents and educators can come together to enhance the child’s educational experience.

What if my child has food allergies?

Our cooks are experts in catering for children with allergies and special dietary requirements. Please make sure you fill in this question on your child’s enrolment form and talk to us about any alternatives that can be offered.

What do I need to supply for my child’s day at Eynesbury’s?

When you are packing items for your child’s day, here are some ideas for what to pack in their back pack:

  • Spare full change of clothes
  • Water bottle
  • Sunsmart hat
  • Jacket / Beanie for winter
  • Child’s comforter
